Just go to the Bing homepage, click on the Preferences wheel in the top right corner.

Make sure that the following options are checked: Override automatic cookie handling. Accept under First-party Cookies. Accept under Third-party Cookies. Always allow session Cookies. Click Apply then OK buttons to close the Internet options window.

How to change your Bing SafeSearch settings: Click the Gear Preferences icon towards the top right side of the page. Moderate — Filter adult images and videos but not text from your search results.
